Why keep it under the covers?? Whether we agree or not this is a valuable discussion. It's how cultures and societies get sorted out in the absence of weapons. Certain aspect of board management does and should go on behind the scenes in the mod/webbie rooms. That said, I've had some people tell me that this IS real life. And I have to severely disagree. Also, I don't quite take POJO's approach. I do consider some of the people here friends. That said, they all know the level of privacy some of us wish.
This is a fucking music conversation enabler. That's what it's created for. It's like an interactive television program. And if one is really upset, one can switch it off. These days, I feel like switching it off more than usual. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the site or anyone that posts here. I just personally got a little too pissed off with certain things and people that I felt giving myself more time away, which I will continue to do, is probably a better idea. There is no war to win. There is no conquest to be had.
There ARE idiots to shit on. Destroying them is cool. But some people absolutely live for that element...being the fight. Some posters don't even care if they're winning, as long as they're in the spotlight. It's a sort of sickness.
