...and they were doing an undercover bust on prostitutes, and the undercover in question is a cop dressed up as Koko the Klown or some such shit.
He picks up this girl, and the first thing out of her mouth is "Are you a cop?", to which he responds "I am not a police officer".
He asks her how much she charges, and she says "I don't charge anything, I just like to have fun. But, I could stand to borrow $20 and pay you back tomorrow..." and says she'll give him head after he agrees to loan her money.
What I've gained from this so far is:
1 - He's told her point blank that he is NOT a cop (which, unless I'm mistaken, makes this entrapment on the part of the police department); and
2 - She hasn't charged him any money nor has she accepted any money; there's an unofficial agreement that he'll "loan" her $20 AND that she'll pay him back tomorrow (bullshit, of course, but she's never actually vocalized anything about charging him money for services rendered and it wasn't directly implied per se, so there's no obligation inferred or otherwise to my mind).
What happens next is that the police pull in, pull her out of the van and bust her for solicitation. More over, they've got guns drawn and the whole ball of wax...
Isn't this a blatant case of entrapment? There was no official deal made and Koko the Klown denied being an police agent. WTF?
