I don't want to turn into Lou or anything, but I'm a little disgusted that this made it to MP3 as fast as it did.

The taper did an excellent job. Probably one of the best audience recordings I've heard ever, and knowing Key Arena, it's especially impressive. He didn't specifically include the usual "DON'T CONVERT TO MP3 OR DIE" on his info file on the original seed, so I can't speak for the guy, but I know that most of the FLAC traders really hate someone bastardizing their work like this.

Agreed, it's an excellent recording. I was at this show and the audio doesn't capture it, but visually it was an impressive show. pete, thanks for passing this along.

How did the show sound from the audience SHARK?

Unfortunately, no. Ticketbastard was all out by the time I was able to get online.

Let's hope things work better when the Stones tickets go on sale.

For those of us poor souls (& U2 fans) that don not have one of U2's best boots, Live From Red Rocks, they are reposting it gradually at Guitars101:

                  Excellent soundboard!

I as also gradually ripping the U2 video tapes I have to get a 'best of' collection since they either haven't released them on DVD (Live from Sydney-93', and Live From Mexico City-97'), or the DVD is of very poor audio quality ("Rattle & Hum.")

Out-fuckin'-standing! I'll be first in line!

Looks like it will be out around September of this year.

The DVD for Rattle & Hum was VERY disappointing though!
