Does anyone have the Sam and Dave VH1 show?

Hi, I lost my copy of the Sam and Dave life after Van Halen show.. I loved that and have viewed it on here a time or two. I would love to get a copy of it on either VHS or DVD.. I will pay for it, but I would love to be able to have that in my collection. It was a great story for those people who are just getting into VH..
