Nah, new SHEEP PEN Admin. Sarge would pick new Rotharmy Webbies, and the Webbies pick new mods. But I usually pick new SHEEP PEN Admins with the help of my other Admins. It's very democratic. Our new addition to the SHEEP PEN is a very well-respected member and one of my best friends at this site. I can't believe we didn't ask him to join earlier.

None of the mods or Webbies are paid. They're not always on. People take breaks. They even leave for quite some time if they have to. But when they're on, they're on because they enjoy themselves. Being a mod has its upsides and downsides. But nobody gets paid.
