I was just reading that the prosecutions major evidence, ie: the little boy who could actually identify MJ's cock (due to the pattern of discoluring on it) you know, the one that was paid $30 million in the
early 90's, refused to get involved with the case.

Jurors are already admitting they think he has molested children
but didnt have enough evidence against this latest child..

So it would seem if the Kid he paid off, had taken the stand Jacko
was gone.

Double Jeopardy means that the same people cannot try him for the same charges, but a new accuser certainly can if the evidence is there.
Jacko is not free from being charged with pedophilia again because of this verdict, just not from the same people.

And also, he wasn't found innocent, he was acquitted, there is a big difference in the two.
His innocence was NOT proven, just a lack of evidence to convict him on what was provided.

There are a couple of the jurers who believe he has molested kids before, but for our justice sytem to work it has to be used under strict guidlines and rules.
It isn't very complicated at all. The Prosecution went forward with a flimsy case filed by people with zero credibility and lost because their case was not rock solid.

What saddens me that seems to have been overlooked is that predators seek out their victims and if you only skim the bottom of the barrel for the victims then chances are big money can beat them in a court of law if they fight you some day.

In as many ways that our justice system works, it is also broken in an equal number of ways.
Just ask any woman who has tried to win a rape case, procedures tend to stack against the victims.

I can't say if Jacko is actually innocent or guilty, i can only say that in my eyes, his actions with kids are highly innapropriate and there would never be any chance that any child of mine would fall victim to him, or any other celebrity for that matter.

Before i even look at Jackson, i would turn to any parent who allowed their kid to spend the night at Neverland and ask, "What kind of parent are you to let your child spend the night with a grown man?"

There is no satisfactory answer to that question in my opinion. you either protect your children, or you don't, there is no middle ground where kids are involved.

If Jackson goes down, I think the kids parents should go down for their actions as well.
The parents basically sell out their kids in hopes of recieving a nugget from the rich Peter Pan mother fucker because of his celeb status.

Any parent who uses a child like that should be reported to Family Services and their kids taken away before they get hurt, or worse.

Just like Jon Benet Ramsy, the way she was paraded around stages and basically painted to look way more mature than she was....they just asked for a sick fuck to come after her.

People, that which used to be the exception has become the rule, the Golden Rule among predators.

I have said all along, this wont be another OJ, because there are parents in the jury and this is child molestation. If he is found not guilty it means he is actually innocent, or rather there wasn't sufficient evidence to prove he is guilty.
