I Have A.C. Video clips - Where to upload?
Hey y'all! I was at the AC show in the front row with my digital camera and took about 256mb of crystal-clear video with my sony cybershot. They are just short snippets (About 30seconds-2minutes) of 8 or so songs. I was standing about 3 feet away from the chick who got hosed with the Jack and got it all on film. Some of it wound up on me, too.
I also got the clip where Dave is like "Hey Mom, Did I fuck you?" and clips of Dave twirling during the end of Jump.
It was an awesome show (I've seen Dave 5 times) and the only other gig that compared was the Beacon show two years ago. I'm glad I captured the clips, so I can show everybody that Dave still has it - BIG TIME! Brian Young is an amazing guitarist with a great tone. I don't think anybody in the crowd knew that their instrumental was "Goodbye Pork Pie Hat" by Jeff Beck. He is underrated, if anything.
The opening act was fucking hilarious. C'mon, they did a song called "Penisaurus"! The singer looked like a cross between Dee Snider
and Steven Segal. The guitarist on the left was a dead ringer for the crazy college genius living in the basement from "Real Genius" and the drummer was doing the meanest "Joe 'Momma' Besser" impression I ever saw (From Spinal Tap).
Anyway, I'd really like to share these clips, could somebody open up an FTP site so I can upload them? I don't have 256 megs of web space.
