WTVT-Fox 13, in Tampa, reports free agent RB Charlie Garner (Raiders) has agreed to a multi-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Terms of the deal are not yet available. The team will formally introduce him at a 2:15 p.m. ET press conference Tuesday, March 9.

Haven't heard about Alstott or Pittman, but losing Thomas Jones had to have prompted this move.
