I've got a whole concert. At the beginning the announcer says "Hello southern California, are you ready to get down? I give you the mighty Van Halen!"
They play Romea Delight. with the "I forgot the fucking words!" part. Followed by Unchained and the drum solo and the full bug.
Dave is wearing the crazy sequined coat with ripped up tiger print pants and Eddie is wearing the coveralls with the stripes on them. I guess that puts the concert around '83?

83 festival is a great show, i've never even seen oakland 81, is it worth it?

sure it is, but usually they charge some bank for these things. I got my copy of 83 festival about 6 yrs ago and paid a lot for them
Why won't they release that to the public so people could actually hear/see this band. It really irks me that there are no roth videos out there to buy other than the 3 on best of bull shit, and his 4 video release of cali girls--> yankee rose
They recorded 3 Oakland 81 shows and Dave says the first 2 shows went in the shitter and all they have is the last show where apparently the 3 vids are from.
After viewing several shows and the 3 from 81, I don't know if Oakland was their best show or holy Grail as it has been called?
