Right, that's why the album those songs were released on sold less than any VH album ever has?

    DLR7884
    Good try, Mr. Miyagi.

    VD3 stats are from van-halen.com

    BOBW is hearsay.

    DLR7884
    More than likely accurate, though.

    RIAA.com may have some info.

If BOBW went platinum, it really means gold.

They count it by disc....so 500,000 copies of the album=1 million....makes no sense.

Neither does 500,000...there is no way that album sold that many copies.

    DLR7884
    No way in hell.

    its given me a thought

right now... thousands of stores are throwing BOBW in the bargain bins

right now... WB are blocking any calls from a mr alex van halen or mr sammy hagar.

right now... David Lee Roth is still the koolest motherfucker out there, even though his last album was a joke.

    STOP RESPONDING TO NEGATIVE POSTS

Here's the deal. ANYTIME a person posts anything negative about DLR here at the Army's site, NO ONE should respond. Besides, anytime someone writes negative remarks about Dave it's an Army member pretending to be a Sam Fan.

Look, after this concert, quit it. It's worthless, time wasting, and any Roth fan who waste's time responding to negative remarks, is not a real fan. If you see any negative remark posted on this site, be a real Roth fan, and ignore it.

    Got Roth?

    Gotta believe it's true.

Who in their right mind would go and shell out a dime for a "Best Of" CD that includes virutually everything from "Best of Volume I" and those three shitty new songs??

They must have thought that the vast majority of consumers are retarded.

Who said BOBW sold only 200,000? I think they were thinking of Dave's greatest hits because BOBW has been officially certified gold and platinum...and I know you people think it doesn't count because it's a double album...but double albums cost twice as much...and include two times the material a regular album does...so why shouldn't it be count twice?

You've been here for 13 days and made 7 posts and think that you are going to change this site? LOL.

I appreciate you being a fan of Dave, but letting people say what they want--then word fucking the shit out of them is what this place is all about.

    Double the price?

Is that why it was on sale at Best Buy after it came out for $14.99 a copy?

    DLR7884
Or do CDs usually cose 7.50 a piece?

the CD costs about £7.50 in the UK now.

some places are selling it for £6.99

for a double album..its quite laughable.

it was only £11.99 when it came out, which is cheaper than some single albums anyway!

I bought the trainwreck..I didnt know of Rotharmy back then....I didnt even know the track listing(I'd seen an early version where it was Roth 1 CD, Hagar 1 CD) I was so pissed off....You Really Got Me...goes into Dreams...wtf

    I heard more Roth though...and I dug that....got the 6pack...found Roth army,didnt look back
