The VH sisters know that only half—at best—of all VH fans will go to this, as well as only hard-core concert goers. Roth fans won’t go, but if they think there’s a chance that Dave will be there, these people may buy tickets.

How many facts do you need that this tour is already bombing? Here's a fact, in 1995, Van Hagar toured for 8 months and only grossed $32 million. After that tour is when Hagar got booted. If you do the math and look at some of gslingers posts, CCC has guaranteed the VH boys personally, more for this 2004 tour than the whole '95 8 month tour grossed, yet they are playing 80% of the same junk they played in '95. Tickets back then were $35 and now they are $100 and VH tour arena's are half empty because of it. Eddie back then could still blister the stage, now he blisters his lips sucking on bottles of booze and cancer sticks 24/7. The 3 new VH songs suck; Sammy's a fat lying drunk also; there is a huge amount of touring acts on the road currently; no VH shows have sold out other than the Sat Las Vegas show because all the casinos bought tickets to bait people to come to Vegas for the weekend; for VH concerts played so far you could buy fantastic tickets on EBay for up to 90% off face value; and total VH ticket sales are off 40% from CCC projections according to gslingers posts.

Do you see anything that says successful tour in any of this,,maybe I am missing something here.
