    New Chief's Stadium Renovations.

If you look at the seating area of the picture that was all about that there was and the corner walk up and down circular ramps. A very well designed stadium when new and most all have found some of the newer ones, sukk.

All else is new....the outside things...(in light grey color)

I haven't been there so far since the renovations, but that might be all I have to talk about this year...LOL

We have had new coaches and new managers new this and that, one of the record book sales teams and record book wins at home; type stuff.

This is the first year we have new everything Coach, Manager,,,etc.. mostly a new team.

I really only like Pro football, I was quite a fan of lots of pro and college sports, but after so many years of a broken heart at champoinship time and the depression spirals afterwards......I prefer to only have the Chiefs let me down...every fukk'n year.

So here we go again .

I will try to post some sports comment without dikking up Al's forum...

    That stadium looks trippy![/

It is about 5 to 7 min from downtown and we have a brand new stadium down town also Van Halen played there oct 26th 07 at the Sprint Center and Power and Light District renovations .

VH was the second event ever, there..

K.C;. being centrally located in the USA is a big Convetion Center and Hub for business seminars ...etc...yet, still somewhat sleepy and mellow at times.

We needed the downtown work and it is fantastic.

Bars and Restaurants around a small semi open sky, stage across the street fro the Sprint Center.

It is a cool town not as sexy as some but...

All I have told travelers is we have, no beaches or mountains to ski on, but everything else, without the congestion of too many people..lol

been a lot of places allways find my way back home...

    peace.

Chiefs... 8 min left in 2nd 1/4.. up 10-0 Dallas..?

Watched a pre-season scanned one game a couple weeks ago just nothing happening...

Chiefs are 0-4 for the season I am not pissed I learned to give up.

Heart doesn't break I don't even care to watch.....

48 years of Chiefs love, now I have learned to not get dissapointed.

Today for the first time in Chiefs History...I am watching to see the Keystone Cops and laugh.

If they win and look good ......I bet, it is more like Dallas Sukked today.

so...Chiefs are now 2 games up on both the Raiders and the Chargers....
(who are tied for 2nd place in the AFC West)....

and all I have to say is that if the Chiefs fuck up now, and DON'T make it to the Playoffs...
they will deserve every single bit of bad press that they get.....

However...I am beginning to hope that it truly will happen...

(and after a REALLY lousy 3 years....this one has been a thrill!)

I don't think the Chiefs are as good as their record, but the improvement is great. I hope they continue the trend.

I agree with you but i do think their defense can stay with anyone. I just don't see them going too far in the playoffs due to the offensive jugernauts they are likely to face. At some point they are going to get in a situation where their offense is going to have to score to keep them in the game, and i don't know that they can do it. If their defense wasn't so good, the Chiefs would be a .500 team at best.

yes...is the first year in MANY that the Chiefs actually had both an offense AND a defense that was worthy of the name.
Also the first time in the last decade that the Chiefs could manage to play 4 quarters of football in a game!

That said, I must agree, looking at the current standings and at the teams who are likely to be leaders in the AFC, that there are only a couple that the Chiefs have a chance at beating once we GET to the Playoffs...

Jacksonville (if they make it) is one, Indy (if they make it) another
and the Steelers a possibility (and a hell of a good game)

I haven't even gone the step ahead to look at what could happen if we won one....lol

If McCluster can get 100% they should give him as many touches as possible. I think Arenas is just as good on kickoffs and punts as Dexter is so i would give him a few more chances than he has been getting. Ultimately, like in recent years, the quarterback is going to make or break them in the playoffs. I'm still not sold on Cassell at that position. The Chiefs have enough weapons that they should be scoring more points than they do. Can you imagine what their offense would be like if they had a prolific passer like a Matt Ryan or Aaron Rogers? Hell, even a Joe Flacco and they could put up another 7-10 points a game.

    Have to agree about McCluster...
that dude has the chance to take the ball into the endzone every time he touches it....
    he's amazing...

And they need to put the ball in J. Charles hands more often....
he averages almost 7 yards each time he touches the ball...geesh....wake up....
