How do you think Dave is reacting to this Van Hagar Reunion?

I'd have to say disgust, knowing that it was him and Ed, and NOT Slappy Gaygar that made and defined Van Halen, and he's left out of the picture. What a disgrace. Maybe that'll fuel him to put out another album with originals in the near future.

The reality of the REAL reunion not happening probably stings a bit, but do you think he is really suprised? The point is the VH brothers are out of touch with reality...and Dave knows it.

i am sure he is pissed. lets face it without roth there would be no van hagar, eddie was a great guitarist but without the charisma of roth the rest of the band is about as exciting as watching sammy hagar singing with toby keith. they would have never made it without roth and i think deep down eddie knows that and it is obvious him and alex were always jealous of all the attention roth got. no offense eddie but you are stupid, give the microphone to dave and let him talk you dumb ass. point is eddie hated that the media always wnated roth and not him. cover of the rolling stone roth, they didn't want eddies ugly ass on there.

I think that dave is kind of upset , but you got to think of all of his antics that he has done in the pass to ruin his chances to get back in the band.

1.the 96 mtv awards in which he was dancing while Beck was giving his award speech

2.the press conference after where he told ed alex and mike (tonights
about me!!!!!!!!!).

3.And all the bad mouthing that has going on since the 1st break-up


Despite the comments that i made, i am a true-blue supporter of DLR
and wishful thinking that maybe that Sammy Hagar and VH will let dave play in the 2nd leg of the tour

i thought that was the highlight of the boring mtv awards, even beck liked it and vh with roth got a huge crowd pop. too bad eddie was too stupid to seize the moment and do the reunion tour then as kiss were selling out arenas across the country on there reunion tour. vvan halen with roth then could have probably played stadiums, now with the stupid soap opera eddie and alex caused they will be lucky to play to half full arenas with hagar and even with roth the damage eddie and alex done to the bands credibility probably couldn't guarantee sellouts.

Beck himself said that was just old school dave doing his thing. This is old news. The disapointment is not in Dave missing out on this sell-out falseunion tour, it's in the potential of the real VAN HALEN to produce special music.

I think Dave is pissed, We all know how big Dave's ego is.

I also think he is disappointed, because this reunion could of helped his career out a a lot, but deep down who knows his true feelings about Eddie and VH.

The VH brothers have done a lot of shit and back stabbing to Dave over the years.

DLR has only been the one true to his fans. The VH brothers and Spammy have been lying and screwing their fans over.
