Turning-Off The Picture Links & Uploads?

Some forums have this feature, where the user can shut-off/block any pictures or images from being displayed while browsing the forum.

This seems like a good idea for those killing time at work, and for those with children lurking around their computer at home during the holidays.

I am hoping this feature will be installed in any future site upgrades.
