I think once we finalize categories, we should announce them in a thread, and watch the fireworks begin.

The melee that is sure to ensue may give us some stellar indications of who the nominees should be. We may also read about someone we hadn't thought of.


Once the nominations are announced, we can huddle and confab and vote it out.

Each category getting it's own thread, and the winner getting an acceptance post, followed by massive sorties by the unwashed
