So many to pick from, they all rock.
My top 3:
1. Rubber Soul: A great mix of Pop/Rock with timeless songs.
2. Revolver: They started to change a bit from the pop stuff, great drug album.
3. Sgt. Peppers: Need I say more

#1 - Abbey Road. Not even a contest. They managed to get their act together long enough to produce a classic. Someone compared it to hooking up with a girl for the last time before you break up for good. Great analogy.
#2 - Revolver. Probably the hardest rocking Beatles album.
#3 - Rubber Soul. Brilliant. Any album that can prompt the Beach Boys to produce Pet Sounds is OK by me. "In My Life" is probably my favorite Beatles tune.

As much as that fucking Phil Spector messed it up, I think I visit Let it Be, most often.
Sgt. Pepper is brilliant.
Yesterday and Today is another fantastic fav of mine.
