    They had a joke givaway at a Tampa Bay Rays game a couple of nights ago...they gave away mini versions...

    and sure enough...the entire game sounded like the World Cup...

    it actually made me laugh between puking...

        I've betted on Mexico (40:1) and Uruguay (30:1) to finish top 3 in the tournament...that might actually happen. There have been weak displays in the tournament, but South American teams have looked ok to me...pretty much all of them.

        Wtf is going on with the England's midfield? They look so slow they might get their asses beaten vs. Slovenia...remember, it's the team that already dropped Russia in the qualifications.

        Oh yeah and african teams have sucked...however, South Africa stands a slight chance to advance if they beat the pussyass french team and Mexico+Uruguay don't draw...I admire many french players, and french porn, but the soap opera going at the moment is a SHAME to football and even the froggiest of frogs...you can't act like that if your representing your homeland, you just can't!

                        Every group that has a South American team in it has one at the top.

                                                    It seems that the countries with the super high salary leagues and all the prima donnas England, Italy and Spain are the ones in a bit of turmoil. Add in the French that play in them and it seems that these spoilt assholes who don't live in the real world at all any more are the ones that struggle when they have to live away from their comfort zone for 6 or 7 weeks.
