germany should do italy a treat .. we were hopeless and gave up all the possession and italy still didnt slaughter a very poor side. Germany's midfield wont get swamped like englands.
Saying that those stats about never winning are incredible .. so what do i know

All kdding aside the Die Mannchaft(spelling) have always been contenders for any major tournament in football, and yes they are always fielding some great teams
So this thursday is going to be another great match between 2 of Europes greatest footballing nations
the historybetween the two nations is incredible.
Just Google the game between West Germany and Italy at the 1970 WC.....it is considered by many "pundits" as the GREATEST game of the century
