The last time I played a proper 11 a side game on grass with nets was on a huge campsite in France during Euro 1992. It was England v The Rest of the World. 3 of the English were signed to lower league professional teams. The Rest of the World team was a Scottish coach in his 50s in goal, 3 Dutch defenders a Swiss guy and 5 Scots playing outfield.

We won 3-2, I scored two goals. We had to abondon the game after an hour because one of our best players started throwing up blood. The Dutch players were awesome but the Scots had been drinking schnapps for two hours with the Swiss guy before the game.

Man for man the Dutch and Scottish are always going to beat any other European country it's just we have small populations...
