As far as the US v Italy, the US team is fit and competant but I don't think they have the guile or imagination to get past the Italian defence.
I don't rate Italy that highly either. We were in their qualifying group and they weren't that great at all.

well...I've seen some great matches over the past week...actually had a lot of fun with it...
and can tell you that watching the US matches over the past few months doesn't compare to some of the soccer that I've seen from the European countries...and the South Americans...
I'm still trying to figure out why in the hell the US doesn't schedule more matches with teams like Brazil...
you'd think there'd be some sort of tourney in which they'd have a chance to play each other...
would be nice to steal a win though...
