What these Carlyle Group and Koch Brothers Republicans are good at is selling war as spreading democracy and freedom. Selling monopolies and racketeering as private industry. I mean we wouldn't need all this welfare if people could go out and get an entry level job. Make some money to pay for AFFORDABLE tuition. Improve themselves through education and climb the ladder of opportunity.
Now the system is geared to keep the citizens on welfare for multiple generations or to make the people who work and go to school lifetime debt slaves. You either stay on welfare or you are in debt your whole life.
What we need is a ladder of real opportunity and no debt unless of course it's to buy a home. Everyone needs a job and if you want to apply yourself more than just being a day to day working stiff, you get rewarded for your effort. I honestly don't see how this can be done by outsourcing manufacturing. We gave that up so a bunch of bankers could just play with computer programs and game the markets without making a thing.
Look at the financial winners in the world. They are the nations that actually make things, that can be put in boxes and sold. Physical goods. Not derivative schemes and funny money based on everyone having to buy their oil in it. Ok. Once the Nixon/Kissinger petro dollar is given the death blow by Russia, China, and Iran (now you know why the neo-cons hate these countries) what are we supposed to do here? The neo-con game of financing war with funny money and using the military to force countries to sell oil in dollars is coming to an end. They took it too far. The neo-con war on Russia and Iran is one big fail. Game over. Sadly the average American is going to suffer big time until the nim-wits in Washington can lay the foundation for a real economy and real money through the US treasury again.
