Anything with Rosie ODonnel is funny because she's such a loudmouth. Her and Michael Moore are both overweight and talk about how excessive Amercia can be. Also, its easy to make the assumption that they ironcially profit off making fun of the country that allows them to do so.

This cartoon offers an absurd look at the candidates as if they physically manifested their "pet issue" much like the villains in the old Dick Tracy comics did.

Since Giuliani appears to believe that he owns 911, he is pictured here as "Twin Towers Top" and so on.
