    Mogilny placed on waivers.

I wonder if this is the end of the road for AlMo.

I've watched many games of his and he was truly an exceptional player. However, old father time catches us all.

I could tell that he was starting to lose a few steps based on the few games I've seen him play on TV this year. What is most dissapointing is I have season tickets to the Predators and was looking forward to Jan. 19th when the Devils came to town in anticipation of seeing him play live one more time.

I was waiting for you to post this Alex !!!!

He cleared waivers today, so I think he's still going to be with the Devils for the foreseeable future....

Not if the suffering Blackhawks can get to him 1st. They need a father figure in that dressing room.

I know some time back, when we still had Federov, the team talked about bringing him in possibly.

I honestly haven't seen him play much this season, but would be interesting to see what he has left in the tank.

Would be a good fit on a veteran club would seem like.

Well, ALEX has never been one to treat his body as a temple either...

You guys have seemed to crack the code on keeping franchise players around long enough to get to the finals. More power to ya..

Friggin' Chicago somehow felt they did not need guys like:

              Hasek,Chelios,Roenick,Amonte,etc......

You know, I wouldn't be shocked if he goes back to the team that drafted him, or they at least show some interest...

The BUFFALO SABRES just lost DRURY for at least one game. That means that their top three scorers are injured, Daniel BRIERE, DUMONT, who are both out anywhere from at least a few weeks to two months, and now DRURY may have a nagging groin injury.

It would be nice to see a more mature MOGILNY finish up here...
