I think it's great, everyone keeps putting attention on him. There is no bad publicity.

Howard paying so much attention to him is comical. I was under the impression from the last year that he was "reinventing" himself and the radio. How do you do that sitting around bashing your old employer and the guy replacing you. Impress me already...has yet to happen.

That fact that he admits to plastic surgery and that Robin has masterbated with half the grocery store, does not constitute "revolutionary radio".

Consider this, you don't hear shout about Adam Corolla's radio show. No headlines and constant reviews. Nothing being said about AC anymore since the gig started yet DLR is getting PR like crazy. He has buzz and people are talking and constantly saying Dave's name. Dig the PR buzz.

I was just throwing out my own personal observation regarding the radio reviews.

Re: the mention of Stern's show in this thread. He has commercials. I feel a little ripped off because Sirius doesn't have them on any other channel; only during Howard's broadcast. Yeah they have to go shit and piss and refill the coffee cup like everyone else but couldn't they play a pre-recorded bit of some kind instead of commercials? The reason I bought Sirius a year and 1/2 agowas A) there are to many X-this & X-that products; kinda fallas into the overdone xtreme products out there. Everything is xtreme now. Fucking gay. B) no goddamn commercials. Commercial free is misleading to the public. Should be advertised as "commercial free excpet the Stern show because we have to make $500million to pay him some how". Now, it's not a ton of commercials but shit, the first time I heard a commercial on my sat rad I choked on my bonghit and spilt coffee thinking WTF! Commercial free my ass.
