    Got Roth Radio T-shirts?

Rustoffa had a great story regarding someone commenting on his DLR Shirt while in the grocery store on another Thread and I've been reading some comments on designing/wearing ROTH RADIO T-Shirts, which I think is a great idea.

In addition to the concept of a T-Shirt, either with a design or DLR's Phrases like:

"How bout alittle fire, Scarecrow"? or "A Thunderbolt in your Cheerios"

    Also:

Wouldn't it be interesting to get Celebritard Paris Hilton to wear one and have it reach PAGE 6 (like ROTH reports every morning).

I have given my thoughts on this Celebritard on another thread, but she wore a T-Shirt called "TEAM JOLIE" during the controversy of Triangle between JOLIE, PITT & ANISTON. Those shirts sold like crazy in Los Angeles and on the internet. Why not try to get Ms. Hilton to advertise Dave's Radio ?

(I don't think STERN has tapped into something like this...)

Once again, the approval from Dave's people would come into play, but with trying to do the STAR Project, I've made some headway on key people to contact, including his former publicist who stays in touch with him.

I have a direct link to T-Shirt Manufacturing/Screenprinting factory, so that it would be cost effective.

    Feedback, pleeze...

    what "star" project?
That sounds like a delicious idea.
    Have Red Bull sponsor it

    ew, and how 'bout this...
have a contest....if you can get a picture of Howard wearing Dave's shirt, then the photographer gets 5 large or something, sponsored by the radio station.

personally I would get Daves permission first before going forward with the idea of shirt making. He's a little sticky when it comes to this sort of thing.

and yes my "got roth?" shirt is aging perfectly.

Would enjoy helping to put it together, but I'm not spearheading anything of the sort...I just wanted to throw the idea out there and get some feedback. You are right, it would have to get DLR's blessings for starters.

But I do think that getting RED BULL to help sponsor it would be a splendid idea!!!

This is very interesting, although, I had more of a "Kitsch" artwork idea in mind....like having a Sexy Betty Page looking surprised to find a Thunderbolt in her bowl of Cherrios and then simply say put DLR's name in quotations or

    a T-Shirt with an interesting font-style for DLR's phrase
"How about a little fire Scarecrow" and have the Scarecrow do DLR's open mouth expression and be looking at a lit match

    something artistic ?

How did you find this website???

I would think that CBS RADIO would want to have these made up.

I've sez it once, now I'll sez it now.

    BRING BACK THE DIVERDOWN LOGO.

Replace "Van Halen" with DAVID LEE ROTH.

    Slap a 2006 on there

Add "Nothin' but Yeah!" on the back.

    Instant 30 bucks.

Remake the 1984 one too, you KNOW these would sell like crazy.
Served hot, right from the rhythm kitchen.
