    Anyone ever hear his early 80s stuff- before Power Station and Riptide?

    I am talking about New Wave albums like "Clues" and his tropical stuff.

    Very good music.

      His first Albums are great, he was playing with Little Feat members at that time.

              Liked the title track to Clues, but didn't really listen to a ton of his stuff pre Riptide...

              Don't know if he's underrated...can't quite agree there...
              Scramby eggs and bacon.
