Jesus, who obviously should know, referred to God as His Father. Not his Mother, who of course was Mary.

On the other hand we have this account in Genesis.....

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. - Genesis 1:27

So if a female was created in the image of God, that would imply that God has a female image.

However, whatever God is, God is not a human being and doesn't have human body parts or hormones so assigining gender or "PMS" to the Lord is pretty much irrelevant.
