You asswipe Hagarites are pathetic, and it shows....

Now, before you reply make sure the jizz is properly wiped from your chin or we'll all laugh at you until the REAL reunion takes place...Fuckin Sellout Bastards...............

Ticketmaster isn't selling the opening Greensboro show, Tickets.com is. So what are you talking about? Obviously you didn't really look at the Ticketmaster site or you'd know that.

Those 4 and 5 star things sold out completely in all the So Cal venues in like 10-15 minutes. Since you seem so interested in what is selling and what isn't.

Pretty sure there are still seats for every show, some are singles, some are just in real high levels or behind the stage now. I know for a fact both Vegas are pretty packed, because I know some guys who are huge gamblers who get everything for free, and even they're having trouble getting tickets for either of the Vegas shows. So maybe there still are tickets available, but they're having a bitch of a time getting decent ones I guess. I don't know.

So Cal shows haven't gone on sale yet, I'm sure they will do well.

Heres a link I found for ticket sales:

    http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/772490
On the Toronto Ticketmaster link (see below) it specifically says "With Sammy Hagar" and "No opening band"

    This tells us two things

    1. They obviously don't want their fans to be disappointed into thinking that it's an actual reunion, that's why they were specific in pointing out (legally) that it's Sam that will be on vocals. For Spammy fans in here that actually believe that it's an actual reunion, ask yourselves this: If a substitute teacher, regardless of whether or not you felt he/she was better than the original teacher, were to return to class, would the substitute teacher be considered 'reuniting' with his/her students? NO because it's NOT his/her students.

    2. No opening band - The VH Bros. had ONE chance to redeem themselves on this tour, and they blew it. They should've had Bulletboys or even better The Atomic Punks open.....OMG that w/b hilarious!! Chant: BRING DAVE BACK! lmao...

Hello, fellow Roth fans. I love this site and am certainly glad to be a card carrying member of the Army.

I think the deal with this tour is, from what I understand, the stage is shaped like the new oval VH logo. This enables the band to completely run around the stage, just like the Def Leppard setup on Hysteria tour. This would explain why all the floor prices for Greensbor were $87 from front to back. It would also allow them to sell more front row/ and premium packages, and sell the back end of the house.

I'll be there and kinda hope this is true. It'd sure look good from my balcony seat.

Yeah. I'm a little surprised by that, too. Like Dave said, if it were him they'd be playing Giants stadium, or something to that effect. I agree.

Did you hear that interview with Eddie when was so drunk he got the opening date wrong by a day. How funny would that be if Eddie didn't turn up for the first date? Still, at least they'd have their handkerchiefs to cry into which they had at the ready for when they did When It's Love. I think maybe they should have some counsellors on duty at these shows, Some of the fans might be emotionally overwhelmed when Sammy sings Dreams.

    That's too funny.

Yeah, I heard the interview. I got a little nervous when he got the date wrong, because I'd already ordered the tickets, but I guess he was drunk.

I think something will eventually work out w/ VH and Roth. I'd love to see that tour... Me Wise Magic live! If Ed does have 10 albums worth of material, then Hagar fans are delusional if they really think he's gonna sing on all of them. Roth coming back to work with the band on some of that, and tour, and sellout Giant's Stadium (sticking w/ this thread) is more realistic.

    Can't wait.

Look at the competition dumbass, I wouldn't be so proud.

Aerosmith, Metallica, shells of their former selves.

What has any of those acts done lately? Any albums to speak of?

    Didn't think so.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH, they are outselling Prince and Dave Matthews!

    Big fuckin' hairy dude.

The opening show is in Greensboro, NC on June 11. I just said before Tickets.com is selling that show, NOT Ticketmaster. Why do you argue this? Go to the Official Site and look, go to Pollstar and look, go to Tickets.com and look. Shit go to that ILoveAllAccess.com and look. Are you being obtuse on purpose?

They are outselling everybody, and in case you didnt notice, those are the relavent acts of the day. Dave Matthews, etc.

where's Dave on this list exactly?

I love how you can say this tour is irrelevant and bombing when pollstar calls it a "monster".

Face it, Van Halen once again survives and suceeds with dlr. Cant face the truth.

A lot of the acts on the Pollstar list are major concert players, especially Dave Matthews (who yes sucks ass), and yes even Aeroshit and whatever garbage Metallica is putting out these days. All of those bands are big concert draws. Certainly Madonna, old hag or not is still a huge draw as is Prince, who's like playing Staples Center for 6 straight nights or some shit. These are all artists that still sell millions of records and have large followings. Whether they are shit or not is besides the point. They do well.

Shit even Ozzfest is way down the list. I don't know what you guys expect. There are tons of huge acts on there that are way behind VH.

So while you guys are ragging on it, Van Halen being at the top of that list by a wide margin is impressive. Especially considering they haven't done anything as a band in six years.

Believe me, if Dave was above those acts on a concert list, you guys would be going fucking crazy right now.

    Just checked Tickets.com

You can still get blocks of eight seats together for the June 11th show.

Yes, they are right next to stage right where you could probably high-five ol' Sammy...but still

    (EIGHT seats together, folks.)

Doesn't matter dude, tour is still doing well. Who the hell questions whether it would do better with Dave or not? Of course it would...duh. But it's hardly the failure you guys are wishing for. Dave would give his right nut to be playing big venues again instead of the freaking House of Blues in Anaheim.

    Yup, that's true, 8 seats together, section 128.... $87.50 a pop....

BTW, those are great seats to see a show, you wouldn't think so by looking at the seating chart.... That's where Pojo and I saw Aerosmith and KISS in Greensboro in November (albeit on the other side of the stage)....

You see a lot of the behind the scenes stuff that you can't see when directly in front of the stage, but still see all of the show.... In addition, I think it'd be a safe bet that they'll have some sort of ramp leading up to there for the band to interact with the fans.... I remember Joe Perry and Steven Tyler playing nearly the entire song of "Same Old Song and Dance" from that ramp near us.....

Supposedly the stage is a big swirled VH logo or something like that.

I was just looking at the Greensboro seeating. Isn't 128 like on the side of the stage? Those have to be shit seats man. And the cheaper ones are in Section 208, that's like behind the fucking stage. Why would you even want to sit behind the stage?

By now you can probably tell Im not a Van Hagar fan. Im in Australia and looked up Van Halen tickets, Ticketmaster came up. The first show they had listed was Hersey. I shall now go to Tickets.com and check to see if I can get a ticket for opening night. Surely thats not possible, this "reunion" is too successful.

Uh, we just all posted that tickets were available and where they were. Maybe if you started reading the posts on here, you'd have the answers to your questions, and wouldn't be so confused down there in Australia.

As I can also tell, you like to talk out of your ass a lot too. You seem to more than aware of this tour and where they're playing, I've seen your posts. Now all of a sudden you're magically unaware of anything because you're in Australia. Convenient.

Did it not occur to you to check the Official Van Halen web site, they've kinda picked up on this whole tour thing.

I dont give a fuck if Van Hagar sold three tickets compared to John Mahers, 1 over a given week. Tell me when all tickets to any given show are sold out.

Well Marky Mark, I have one for you.

August 7th at Mandalay Bay is completely sold out. Not a ticket to be found, I just went to Ticketmaster and tried. Here's the link, because I know you're in Australia and don't like Sam, so I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself trying to get around on the internet.

See if you can get a ticket here:

Not talking out my ass at all, obviously Ive only been referring to ticketmaster.com. Thankyou for the other site, now I can see all sold out shows there. No, I dont check the official Van Hagar site, I cant stand Van Hagar. But thanks for your input, Im looking forward to watching the progress of ticket sales at the other site now. This "Reunion" tour will sell out every show. How could it not ?? Everyone loves Van Hagar...
