Can't attach files from local hard drive

Just to let you know files on your own computer cannot be attached.

I get some sort of message having to do with the database.

Add this to the time problem and the white screen.

I don't use the fucking thing, When I use photobucket or imageshack, I don't use rotharmy bandwidth. I can also use it on multiple webpages without having to reupload the image. Guest users can also view my images. I also can post multiple images in a single rotharmy post.

But, it should be fixed. From time to time I do like to attach files that are on my hard drive.
