Can anyone recommend a good book or instructional video series for learning how to play guitar? I've always wanted to learn how to play, but I've never been able to find a good book or anyone to teach me how. I'm tempted to buy that Esteban set they advertise on the early morning infomercials, but don't know if it's worth buying.

A good book to have as a reference, moreso than an actual lesson series, is Ted Greene's Chord Chemistry...has pretty much every chord and known to man....
