I'm assuming this "GUY" might be Jeff Hausman (VHLINKS.com) ? He got invited by Ed to the "Gathering Party". He also speaks about Classic Van Halen on the 2003 DVD "Early Van Halen Years".

I have retracted my statement about it being Jeff Hausman (I think?), although, if "THE GUY" is claiming he was at the "Gathering", it could still be Jeff.....otherwise, I actually think it's someone who works with DLR, who, this past summer, came on to the ARMY under a different alias and was a legitimate source. He didn't state his name, but he had worked on the production side of DLR Band CD.
