I stayed at a Ameritel the other night and it was full of some nice looking young Mexican women doing the work that keeps the place going.
I couldn't help but think someone is banging these sienioritas or offering a generouse tip for extra favors. They are a lot better looking than the old hags that used to clean hotel rooms when I was a kid.
I wondered the same thing myself when I was in Seattle earlier this year.....

I eventually kinda crept out while they were watching some infommercial.
Truth is, at these resorts in Cancun, you should always keep your doors locked and chained up. If the door has the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on it, then obviously you are okay. I was in my room looking for my camera when the door suddenly opened. I was startled because she didn't knock or anything and she came late to clean my room. I've never had any trouble like that with the other hotels I've stayed in while travelling.
