Hartford police are conducting an internal investigation into the conduct of a lieutenant and a patrolman who were involved in a rowdy, late-night disturbance at a Rocky Hill bar last month.
Police sources familiar with the incident said a partially clad Lt. Brian Foley was dancing atop a table at the Rock Café and performing a karaoke rendition of the Van Halen song "Jump" on Nov. 29 when the table broke and he fell, striking other patrons.
