    I hate tom brady!

Tom Brady is overrated. All everyone is saying is he pulled out another one. The Chargers cost themselves that game. PERIOD. Tom Brady threw three picks and if the Chargers A) didnt play fucking conservitive martyball and B) didnt fumble that fucking pick we would be talking about the Chargers pulling one out. Brady didnt do shit. He is the product of a good system, in a shitty division.

I don't care for Brady either. The Chargers did lose that game rather than being beaten, but Brady still made the drives downfield and capitalized on SD's mistakes when it counted.

Brady is a VERY GOOD QB in the right situation......let's see what he does on a team with lesser talent........or when his line actually breaks down now and then. Joe had the ability to make things happen no matter what the circumstances......damn , does the media want his shriveled cock or what?!

You guys can hate him all you want, I despise him as well...

But you should respect what he's done on the field, not much disputing that....

Brady is fucking stellar and deserves every bit of praise. Also and as most anyone/everyone knows, I'm a lifelong Broncos fan... No, make that a Broncomaniac!!! It's no wonder that people shoot our players with "hateful" attitudes such as the author's.

Seems like the Pats lose a little each year, and each year one of their most consistent performers and constant leaders is Brady.

Look at all the jewelry he wears ... lots of QBs considered great don't have all those rings.

True enough, but I agree with the other fellas in that the Chargers had more to do with their loss than Brady did.

I've bitched about the "tuck rule" fiasco for awhile, but I don't hate Tom Brady. That's saying alot, as that particular fiasco just bums me out. IMO, the drive he put together in the game preceeding the MARTYBALL fiasco, was pretty good. You wanna bitch about Belliczech?

    Go ahead.

The motherfucker shows up in cut-off sweatshirts, and wins football games with.....get ready for it.....

A game plan that gives his team a chance. Overmatched?

Fuck it, he's got a plan.

Play action, and the proper non-usage?

Fuck it, he's got a plan.

He's the smartest coach in the NFL....make no mistake, that's had more than an effect on Tom Brady's effectiveness.

I wish Oakland had a coach like that. Last I heard, west-coast-demolition was interviewing castaways' from NY and STL.

I wouldn't exactly call having three Super Bowl rings overrated. No, he didn't have an overall good game Sunday, but he played well when it mattered most, which is what great QB's do. I don't care much for Tom Brady, either, but he is a great QB, no doubt.

Tom Brady has 3 rings, wins games, and makes clutch plays. He deserves all the accolades he's getting. Every year the Pats are right there, and he deserves a lot of the credit.

I'm on the fence with this cause I do think he's a very good qb with a future in the hof but the one thing that irks me to no end is the constant comparisons to Joe M. There are a few qb's in history that deserve their own exclusive level of untouchable glory and I just don't think Brady has earned that distinction yet 3 rings or not. Rings alone should not be the measuring stick which defines greatness though it should be the major contributing factor. I look at stats too. If rings alone were the only thing that matters then Terry Bradshaw (who was a very good qb) would sit beside Montana as the best ever unless you factor in Otto Graham who won like 8 championships before the initial Superbowl. By using rings you have them three and that leaves out people like Fran Tarkenton, Archie Manning, Dan Marino, and even John Elway so I hope you understand my point. There is simply no question that Elway, Marino and Tarkenton would be untouched if you went by stats alone.
The other thing that just pisses me off are the people who constantly try to claim that Montana was a product of the West Coast Offense. That's like saying Michael Jordan couldn't score until the Bulls adopted the Triangle offense. I have to call BS on that theory cause I don't remember Ringold High School and Notre Dame ever running the West Coast Offense yet he was still good enough to earn a scholarship to a Division I school and later a National Championship before ever being introduced to it. I won't even elaborate on his Cotton Bowl 4th Qtr win with hypothermia.

Tom Brady 28 years old, 4th championship game, 3 rings, next to the coach the only constant on the team during this run. You decide.

Yeah, I hate every Great QB that isn't on my team as well. Brady had a horendous day and still managed to pull it out. And for the Bronco fans that would like to see him on a team where they don't block for the QB, shit look at your own team...you should have kept Plummer as your starter. That's one S.O.B. I wouldn't mind having on my team. JMO though. He didn't get his nickname from being able to hang in the pocket all day:p

Isn't it interesting how one minute he's a dipshit in Cleveland, but a genius in New England ??

...and Joe Torre was a dipshit in Atlanta and St. Louis, but now he's headed to the Hall.

...and Bill Parcells was a genius with the Giants, and now...? He is still considered a great coach, but he hasnt won anything without Belichick.

So a great coach can't be great if he wasnt always great? Come on VA, youre better than that...

You can't deny that the same "experts" that are calling him a genius now are the same ones that called for his head in Cleveland....

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with him, I just wanted to throw that tidbit out there....

You're absolutely right, it was the same thing with Torre and Parcells as well...

The Cleveland fiasco was all based upon the fact that the fans and ownership didn't want to let go of any of the home town boys...

When he cut Kosar, he might as well have signed his resignation.

Belichick was trying to create the "Team Approach" in Cleveland, but they didn't want it.

He made mistakes as well...but that was more Modell and Ozzie than anything else...

    I don't like Belichick...he's a conceited prick...

    but he's a good coach.

Brady wins when it counts, you can't say anything wrong about that....

Parcells never won anything without Romeo Crennel either.

hmmm...wait a second. Neither did Belichick...who didn't win a title until Crennel's first season there...

hmmm...wait a second. How many NFL titles did Belichick win without Charlie Weis...

    hmmm...let's see...

I get your point Rental, but that goes both ways.

Exactly. You can't count the Cleveland thing against Mr. Bill. He took over a team that had already made the move to Baltimore. Nobody wanted to win in Cleveland at that point. Jacobs Field really pissed Modell off.

Actually, it said "yes..." (in reference to you asking if you really needed to explain it)

Then I started a new post and was getting all up-ity and my panties were all wadded up...then I said to myself...who the fuck cares? Not everybody has to like the guy.

So there. I managed to hold my sensitive side in check.
