One dimensional guitarist? what are you smoking man? he is the greatest rhythm guitarist of all time and a pretty good lead player ya know. and what the fuck did jimmy die from? damn he was a fucking addict man he died with a fucking needle in his arm. that is nothing to idolize. his career as far as his recorded body of works was 3 years then he was dead. the people who admire eddie now are at minimum guitar players who recognize him for the genius he is. lighten up francis. most great guitar players i can think of are over 40.

Hey Numbnuts granted Ed has been acting like a real ass as of late but even in the 90's he could still kick anyones ass on guitar.What good has Eddie ever done you say? 100 years from now Ed will still be remembered who will remember you?

I haven't ever heard anyone. I know young guitarist that listen and play some of Jimi's stuff.

But rarely have I even met a VH under 30 years old. Eddie and the band did it to themselves.

What they've done and not done over the last 15 years has overwritten everything they did do in those short years.

Sure Jimi died soon... But his music has held up overtime and seemingly had respect for the actual genre of rock.

Eddie is a prick that doesn't care about anything.

Today was full of some of the best shit out of the VH camp in a while.

All I can say about the rehab thing is, It's about fuckin' time Ed. Best to ya and the hard road you face gettin' back to the top. Ed's doing something positive for once and acknowledging the fans to boot. It's a good thing no matter how ya slice it.

Today Dave gave the finger to that corporate piece of shit they call the RRHOF, and stood up for true, first class R&R style.

This could lead to great things, me thinks.

1.People will not be on earth in 100 years. Global warming will see to that.

2.Even if people were... Rock will be non exsistant by then.

3.Ed is barely remembered now. Why would he be remembered in 100 years.
