Possible Roth is just feeling a bit silly and foolish about making another flopped attempt to hook up with the Van Halens, and despite his self-depreciating sense of humor, he probably doesn't wanna be bothered subjecting himself to a round of interviews that will just rehash a bunch of recent events (the failed CVH reunion, the RnRHoF fiasco) that really didn't turn out to be worth talking about in the end.

I think Dave has all but given up on anything resembling a web site. He launched his new one just weeks after his paramedic gig ran it's course in '05, then pretty much abandoned it until right after the Free FM fiasco ended in NY. He put up about ten updates in a two month period while touring last summer, and he blew it off again just about the time the reunion rumors started to percolate. It wouldn't surprise me if he feels a little snakebit, tho, and is voluntarily trying to avoid another BOHICA moment.
