Great list. I had to Google Johnny Thunder though.. Not familiar with the New York Dolls. Vinnie was cool with KISS. Never heard too much from the Vinnie Vincent Invasion. Do you play? If so, do you have a myspace site or somewhere I can listen to your stuff? I respect all styles of playing. SOME people around here talk crap about there playing, but they don't have a site for us to listen to their music. I think i'm the only one who has put a couple of places to hear my stuff. Take Care....
I play Bass too. How long have you been playing? I knew there was something about you...
You are your own thinker, you play bass, from the Great State of Texas and Like Vai! Man, if you tell me you like the Dallas Cowboys, you are welcome in my house anytime!
i have been playing for about 2 1/2 years now...i love the cowboys...but i dont like the spurs, im a rockets/mavs fan. i did root for the spurs in the finals though

In my opinion, the 80's guitar players just kicks the shit out of players in any era. Of course i'm biased, I came of age in that era. White Lion had some songs on the cheezy side, but Vito's solo's were 2nd to none. Loved Warren's playing too, and his first name sounds kinda cool too. I wonder why?

Some may scoff at Farner, but some gutsy unrefined rock layed down by this cat, the less skoolin the better for me, originality wins all.
In my opinion, Page was pretty sloppy live. He was awesome in the studio though.... The music that I put on this web-site, the vocals are influenced by GFR. Our Drummer/Singer loved GFR. "Shinin' On" was on our set-list.
