Fender Japan
Thanks Eyes. I'm digging that Wolfgang you got. Did you paint that yourself?
That paisley strat is badass as well. I'm a sucker for the big Fender headstock.

I'm surprised we haven't seen any Les Pauls, all strat shaped. ....Well, here are all of my beauties...
I'll start with my Camo Zakk Wylde and my Ace Frehley.
This space for rent.
Next, we have my Modified Apocalypse Paul Stanley and Kramer 1984 which I put a proper paint job on. Notice even the 5150 space tape has the black outline. A lot of oversight on that on ones I've seen lately.
I love to get inexpensive guitars and dump the electronics. I put a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge of the Paul Stanley and a Jazz in the neck. Plus the Paul
Stanley mirroed truss rod cover from a PS2000 I used to have. Lots of chrome here. Plays like a dream. Got the guitar for $99!!!! If you've got a good base, you can put a pickup on anything and it will sound good!!
Here is my beautiful Takamine acoustic and a Squier Tele. again, super modified inexpensive guitar. I added a Dimarzio Super Distortion stacked single coil in the bridge. Total humbucker sound. Added a through the body bridge. You wouldn't believe the tone this thing has!!
Now for my amp setup. A Peavey JSX head and Marshall 2x12 cab. Talk about monster tone. These amps are killer. If you havn't tried one, do it. I ditched my 5150 for this. So many different tones available. EL34 Tubes.
I need a pedal board.
Left to right in the chain:
Boss Tuner, Boss RV-3 Reverb/Delay, Boss DD-6 Delay, Boss EQ, Boss Chorus Ensemble, MXR EVH Phaser and EVH MXR Flanger. In front of the amp is a Zakk Wylde model Wah autographed by the man himself.
An my newest toy, the Zakk Wylde micro stack. People, this thing is LOUD. Fantastic tone. I have owned every one of the Marshall mini stacks since the '80s. Even the MG I and MGII. This one is by far my favorite. Not because of Zakk, I just like the syling of the vintage look. Salt and Pepper grill and gold piping.
Up close and personal.
I'm curently building a Frankentstrat, so you'll see that pop up in the builders section any day now....
Crud, how could I forget my Shark! Made from an Epiphone Explorer.
Here's my pedalboard:
in front of my amp, I'm running:
Boss TU-2 tuner
MXR Micro-amp
Vox Wah
in the effects loop, I'm running:
Line 6 MM-4
MXR EVH Phase 90
Line 6 DL-4
All powered by a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power II
..the other two are the channel switches for my amp, which is a 1986 Mesa-Boogie Mark III...fully loaded, Simul-Class, Reverb, the works...w/2 4x12s...

Hey jhale667, how's that mircro amp pedal? I've always been curious about those. Does it just give you a bit of high end boost?
indeedido, I have a Squier, but I don't feel it is good enough to put good electronics in it.
It is extremely low quality.
I think you'd be surprised. If it has a hard tail bridge, a good pickup will really improve it. If the neck is comfortable, I bet it will jam. It's hard to get over the mental part of a cheap ass guitar and putting enough electronics into it to make it playable, especially if the electronics cost more than the guitar!!!
That is so true ... I got a peavey t 25 for 90$ from ebay and i put new guts and 2 new paf pros and sanded the neck down and damn i love it now ...Originally posted by indeedido

Squier Strat. I hate how it feels, it's been beaten up on, poor quality, goes out of tune the moment you even think about playing it..... etc.Originally posted by indeedido
