Dave would be entitled to some cash cause it's a copy of his vid that is obvious but i think he would take what is normally due and be cool with it .

Its a parody or a satire so there is no infringement - its fair use. Props to Larry Flynt. There may be royalties paid, but no licensing fee....you don't need a license since you don't need permission, in this case, to use the protected work.
