Last time I checked DLR had cut his hair short....I could be wrong on that though. So.... back to the question. Will Van HALEN tour this fall?
Doesn't seem right for the following reasons:
1) They have always been a "summer" kind of band.
2) If indeed Wolfie is playing bass, how's a 16 year old going to tour in the fall (and how would Ed get Valerie to go along with that). And there's also Wolfie's own quoted objections to the whole idea.
Doesn't look like Mr. Sobolewski is back in, so could we be looking at a "bass player to be named later"?? Obviously Eddie could play the bass parts on any album that may or may not be in the works, if he had to.
I was ready to write this all off for another year, but the emergence of the newsletter campaign, and the High Profile Media site (featuring Eddie AND Dave) does lead one to believe that Van HALEN is preparing for something. At the very least, they're letting us know they're still alive. And even that is an improvement over the last 10 years.

Secondly, I rather enjoy both reading and listening to all of the sheep cry and wail about his absence. Seriously and if you think about it, having Anthony out will help get rid of yet another part of the VH fanbase that are a total pain in the ass.
