Fools would top my list, D.O.A would be close behind...

Take your Whiskey would be up there, as would So this is Love.

I also think that Girl Gone Bad is criminally underated, such an immense tune that sounds like nothing else I've ever heard.

This is by far, the most under-rated CVH song. It starts off with a Classic Dave/Ed intro. Then it launches into a brutal, in your face, guitar, bass and drum line. In my opinion, this is Dave's best lyrical song, topped off with some heavenly harmonies. To me, that's what CVH is all about! WHY BEHAVE IN PUBLIC, WHEN YOU'RE LIVING ON A PLAYGROUND. Find me a better line than that! I dare ya....

I agree about "Fools". It's hardly ever mentioned here.

I'll add "Somebody get me a doctor". Damn, how I'd dig it if they played it if the tour is actually launched!

Not sure if you caught Dave last time around (I don't think he went to where you are )

Dave did an awesome version of Somebody Get Me a Doctor where he busted into that tune "Good Lovin" by The Rascals...

    You know the one...

    "I was feelin' . . . so bad,
I asked my family doctor just what I had,
    I said, "Doctor, . . .
    Mr. M.D., . . .
Now can you tell me, tell me, tell me,
    What's ailin' me?"

It'd be cool if he did that on this tour...the crowd loved it!

Oh, I missed the continuation of this thread.

Dave's last visit was in March 1991. I missed him both in Brussels (Forrest National) and Paris (Le Zenith) as I was a student and totally broke at that particular time. How stupid... I should have borrowed the money, as it wasn't that expensive back then.

It already sounds great as you put it, DG.
I'll look for this tune no later than now.

I guess it was included in the break of SGMAD (... "and I'm speedin'... down that line..."). That break is one of my top fave moments in music.

    My my my........
