Finland is not there once again...

I've been a fan of german football since I was six or something...so I keep my thumbs up for them.

Isn't looking so good for them though, they just got beaten by Romania 1-5...

...I think Potugal is playing home, they should demonstrate they are the "Brazilian of Europe" to win.

I'd like to say England, but the chances of that are bugger all. Maybe France me thinks.

France - Thierry Henry could take on any team single handed and win with the form he's in.

Is Yates Wine Lodge in Glasgow still doing the promotion where any time a team scores against England they give everyone a free beer?

It's a bit of a dump but could be a riot during the France - England match...

    Cheers!

I dunno but I watched the Scotland V England match at Euro `96 in The Corn Exchange in Glasgow and they had a similar promotion.

    That was a riot, literally.

Because Gazza was playing for Rangers at the time there were mixed opinions and strange English allegiances from some Rangers fans.

My first ever big bar fight, just like you see in the movies.

I used to drink in the Corn Exchange when I was a student.

Used to do card tricks for free drinks...

I was at a Scotland Denmark game a few years back and there were Rangers fans supporting Denmark because Laudrup was playing and Celtic fans supporting them too because one of their players was playing for Denmark too.

    Twats!

The closest I've ever come to starting a fight at a football match.

    Cheers!

I don`t frequent as much as I used to.

Whenever I go to Glasgow, me and my mates still nip in for a pint.

Going down the front stairs to the piss house and coming back up the back steps as if you`ve appeared from nowhere always gets a laugh.

It`s a lot cheaper than the Solid Rock although the music is usually shite.

They`ve got a big screen telly to watch football on, which is always a plus for any pub.

I support the Rangers but I couldn`t give a fuck about England or Ireland (or Denmark).

However, whenever my daughters want to go to see football, I take them to see Kilmarnock as I can`t stand the sectarian bile at Ibrox.

It will never go away unfortunately.

    I can't read, I can't write
But I can drive a tractor
    I'm just a Killie fan
    And I'm a fucking wanker...

I don't even know where the Thistle Killie rivalry started but it's all good fun.

    Unlike the Old Firm BS.

Good for you keeping them away from it.

    Cheers!

I`ll have to remember that one as a few of my friends are Killie fans.

    The wankers.
