Classic 1984 MTV Diamond Dave Interview

I recently found a VHS tape of classic Van Halen footage I made in my early teens during the early 80s. I converted the video to DVD today and found this gem of an interview. If it's been posted and seen a hundred times, who cares? Watch it again! Classic stuff here. Enjoy!

I haven't seen this in quite awhile it is rite on time with the reunion show /(new look VH).

Everone bitches all the time about Dave being overbearing with his talk- talk at interviews and such.

I really feel this interview like most of Dave's that I have seen, Dave speaks well .

Ed speaks with his hands no wonder everytime ED opens his mouth the words come out slightly discombobulated .No Bad Intended.


Eds gift to this world cannot be explained, he is so needed, he is like a painter who without a canvas has a hard time getting his point across.myop.

(Engineer, Producer, Manager, Father etc Ed is a million things)...... )
but these words are coming from a musical distant corner needing to be understood reaching distances of different multi planed comprehension.)

Ed can speak well, but his off the cuff banter and true words of wisdom
seem to flow so eloquently, thru his fingers. A true gift.

Dave was made to sing and speak, he knows this ."When it's all over I'll still be singing for my breakfast"comment about his Radio show.

Any fukstick who sais Dave talks too much should maybe say, Ed plays the guitar too much .It's the same slam and total BS .

I actually have a Dave interview on either Good Morning America or the Today show with Kathy Lee Gifford. I thought about converting and uploading but the "tracking" on the video is a complete mess. If people want to see it and won't complain about the "tracking" I'll be happy to put up for the Army to see.
