anybody use them??
anybody use them??
I use these two in my pedalboard.
Great vintage tones.
You can't stomp the shit out of 'em like Boss pedals. Shit wiil happen if you do. I've used E.H. pedals since I started all those years ago....
Great stuff for the $$$ !
Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!
Small stone...? What does that do??
It's a phase peddle with some seriouse funk factor.Originally posted by DeadOrAlive

No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!
I use the Double Muff with my Metropaulos 67 Plexi to get Led Zeppelin tone. You can nail Jimmy Page with it.
Thanks man, that sounds totally bad ass. I should check it out, it sounds like it's right up my alley...Originally posted by Nitro Express

Musiciansfriend has some sound samples I think if you want to see what some of the EH peddles sound like. Think 70's funk for most of them. LOL!
I want to press on a Big Muff right now but I'm not thinking a peddle version.
EH makes a killer reverb peddle called the Holy Grail.
yeah i think im going to get the small clone (chourus) today
I played an Electric Lady phaser a while back. Pretty kick ass phase pedal but a bit limited as far as good settings go.

yeah i bought the small clone. sam ash people are such assholes!!! they are lucky guitar center didnt have one in the box those bitches
I tried the holy grail, and thought it sucked. It made a LOT of noise. Not as good a reverb as my boss RV-3. I tried the metal muff, it was ok if you wanted to sound like RATT, but it was pretty thin sounding like early 80's metal. If that is what you are looking for the metal muff would be good.
This space for rent.
I use mostly BOSS and MXR stuff. Funny the Holy Grail I tried wasn't noisey at all but Elextroharmonix stuff can be inconsistant and as noted by someone else, not very abuse proof.Originally posted by indeedido

i would have to agree that they are a bit fragile
i returned the small clone after i messed around with my boss me 50 a little more and realized it was pointless to have bought that pedal
Other than fuzz tone, their peddles are lost in the 70's. It's all funkadelic.
The greatest guitar tone I ever heard in my life was playing my 1975 Gibson Flying V through an EH Hot Tubes box into a late 50s Tweed Fender Twin.
It sounded like God.
I suppose tripping on acid at the time helped somewhat, though.
im pretty sure it did. Van Halen tommorrow for me peoples!!!
Makes sense to me. The people at Electro Harmonix were probably tripping on acid when they designed the circuit for that stomp box. LOL!Originally posted by Hardrock69
