    Van Halen to play private party Nov.15th in Toronto?

    I got a call from a long time good buddy of mine/former bandmate who is a carpenter who does a lot of work for the filthy rich in northern Ontario.
    Anyway he calls and says "Do you have any plans on Nov.15?" I reply "no I don't"
    "Well you're coming with me to the ACC....." I'm thinkin he wants me to go see any old concert.

    But he procedes to tell me a big-wig from a certain technologies corp. gave him 4 passes to an invite only private concert featuring Canada's The Tragically Hip and Van Halen as headliners. I was fuckin trippin !!!

    Told me to keep it on the low-down. I can't , I'm fuckin bustin here !

    Checking their tour sched.Here noting that they are off from Nov.14-20th the math seems correct.
    MSG-New York Nov.13 ,break before starting west coast shows on the 20th.

    He does'nt know if it's for 500 or 5000+ guests at this time. Soon as I know more I'll post it.

                  Sidenote: My buddy being a semi-casual CVH fan ,I brought him to see Dave @ Casino Rama in Orillia in 2004 . He had never witnessed The Toastmaster General in action before. Needless to say he left there a believer in the fact David Lee Roth is the greatest frontman/entertainer ever to take the stage in Rock & Roll !
