why THEDOCTOR and Lou's names are in black?



I know mods are in green, super mods are in blue, and webmasters are in bold red. but I don't know what status is in black....

anyone know about it?

I just wish someone would explain how to work the buttons over there. There's alot of 'em. This one button labeled "youtube" was pretty complex. I'm there now....it's like a mission impossible ticker is clicking!
