Without question the most inspiring athletic story this decade is that of Kiln Mississippi's own Brett Favre.

Last year he looked like Dan Marino when #13 went one season too long with disgrace in the Playoff loss to Jag's. Dan's last years seemed cheated when J.J. and Wandstadt clipped his wings and took away his leadership. In the case of Favre last season was by far his worst ever with poor decisions and seemingly too old to play. I wrote him off this year and thought we would see Rogers by week 3.

Not only does #4 play with a 25 year olds agility he has thrown the least picks ever. More surprising is his leadership has developed a young team to believe in themselves and take most non-marquee players to one step from the dance.

Brett has conquered demons, beat all odds and made the entire NFL a better league and the most infamous face the game has ever had to even Montana or Brady.

As we prepare to see Pack vs Cowboys NFC Championship game I get the feeling the game will be the Packer's to seal the fate of an Iconic Favre. Romo is slippery again and even the stat G.B. has never won in Dallas, heart can do anything so the stage is set.

Favre vs. Brady would be Great for football. Last time the two met in a Super Bowl Bledsoe and Pat's had never won the Prize. Obviously no line will be less than 9 favoring N.E. but in this season of surprise we might see the 16-0 Pat's give it back to Miami as the only Perfect Season.

Go #4!!!!
