I saw VH there on the Fair Warning tour in '81. 7th row center. $13 dollars and 50 cents.
I saw VH there in 2008 also. It's called the Dunkin Donuts center now.

Kiss and the Crue? where do I sign up for that? I'm hearing Motley May hang it up after their Vegas run.
Man. Saw KISS on the reunion tour in 96...Will definitely seem them with Motley. That is legendary right there.

Forget about Tommy Thayer, Sonic Boom, Monsters and all that shit....after KISS Creatures of the Night, this is Gene Simmons's best work....

Kiss are opening their own crazy golf course in Las Vegas this week.
The Kiss By Monster Mini Golf site has a grand opening on Thursday, March 15. It will have a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course, as well an arcade, party rooms and wedding chapel.
Says Gene Simmons of the enterprise: “This venue is perfect for Las Vegas. Where else can you go play a round of Kiss By Monster Mini Golf, and then renew your wedding vows in an official Kiss Hotter Than Hell Wedding Chapel? Only in Vegas.”

This looks surprisingly cool. I caught an update at another site about the opening, which can be viewed in an astoundingly slow-loading video HERE.

LMFAO! I have to laugh. If there is ANY possible way to make coin, Gene is on top of it!

KISS & Motley Crue will be touring the States this summer.
The official tour announcement is expected next week, but Vince Neil revealed the news to his pal Robin Leach at the Las Vegas Sun.
“It’s going to be really cool because KISS is bringing their full stage show, and Motley will be bringing our full stage show,” said Vince, “so you are going to see two huge headliners at the same time. It’s going to be one of the biggest tours of the summer, if not the biggest.”
The Crue have a summer tour of Europe already on the books; that trek starts June 5 in Moscow with dates running through to June 23 in Milan.
The KISS/Motley Crue double-bill will run July through September.

Wow yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KISS is supposed to be on the Kimmel show next Tuesday.
Wonder if they'll be doing a new track... CD isn't due until June, I think?
I might go to see KISS... would probably skip the Motley Crue set... they are gay... I trust they will be the opening act.
Not sure how long ago but i recently read the release date is being pushed back a bit.Set for a summer release anyhow. My god this is going to be a good gig.I have Guns N Roses in may and the Kiss and Motley Crue later
Last chance i got too see them was 2004 i think.Red White and Crue tour but my mom wouldn't let me go
Kiss and Motley? sign me up......also looking forward to Maiden/Alice Cooper this summer and of course, hoping the mighty VH swings back around NYC again.

I saw Motley Crue on the Theater of Pain tour... christ that must have been a million years ago.
All I remember was how I thought a cover of 'Jailhouse Rock' was in very poor taste at the time... then they out did themselves by putting a live version on 'Girls, Girls, Girls'.
I remember seeing Vince Neil putzing around in the crowd at the last KISS concert I was at... caused a minor stir until the crowd realized Lady GaGa was putzing around in the crowd as well and took the attention from vince.

BTW... of course I wouldn't skip the Motley Crue set... just felt like being a dick... sorry 'bout that.
Remember Dave's line from the song 'Experience'... "I'd rather be an art project than just weasle out with wearing one"?
That line makes me think of Sam Hagar and Motley Crue.

not sure i'd go. seen KISS five times (reunion twice, Psycho Circus, KISS/Poison, and Alive 25) and Motley almost as many times (Feelgood, Gen Swine, Red White and Crue, and SOLA). probably would depend on where the show is at and who wants to go.
sounds like a shed tour, and i hate Blossom Music Center, so there's strike one.

Jeez... after not seeing one show last year, I've got all these shows coming up... and I fucking hate crowds and people in general.
Steel Panther (done already)
VH
Rob Zombie
Maiden/Alice
Mayhem Festival - Slayer, Motorhead, Slipknot, Anthrax
KISS/Motley Crue
and right now I'm about 80/20 leaning toward going to see Roger Waters at Yankee Stadium.
