On reflection, you probably posted about seven or eight " He could get killed this way" reply's. And they were not "Vague" to use your own words. They were bad enough to be your first major step in being banned. And it hasn't been over a year, either.

Betting on never having to answer to this because the site is offline is bad bet for you. The DDLR site still exists, was not deleted, and could be back up with either a resolution to the problem with the server, or just paying for it as it is. That means it could be back tomorrow, and your bluff will be called.
