                                Ed may have a point as far as the similarity goes..... and clearly he's only doing this suit now because he's selling shoes himself.

                                But my question is .... How the FUCK can colors and stripes be copyrighted? I'm sure I have a shirt in my closet right now that has red, black, and white stripes on it, but it's not a VH shirt in any capacity. Is that a copyright infringement too?

                                Jesus, Ed.... if you really need money that bad, maybe you should get in the studio and make a fucking album.
